Setting up is simple – set up your helpdesk email address with FD, enter Twitter credentials if you want to and then assign up to 3 agents (customer service staff) and away you go. More than three staff takes you in to the paid levels,  but if  you switch to a paid level you can use your own domain name rather than a FD subdomain and you can also get instant chat / custom domain / multiple mailboxes / satisfaction surveys / time zones / languages plus lots of other stuff.
