The like button has transformed the process of sharing pages with your friends but it was lacking the features of the share button. That’s been fixed now with new features that broaden the potential for the button.
The new “like” button features are:
- The ability to like content within an application on facebook
- Like buttons linking to facebook pages
- New “box count” layout

Of course you may have to go back and tweak the button code but that will take a moment, and although we’re all pawns in the great chess game of social media life, this is all cool and makes liking stuff more fun.
